When I fast for Brain Fog, I have to fast for at least two days. The most I have done is three days. It has always been a juice fast. (The juice is diluted with distilled water)

I take Armour Thyroid once a day. (Has T3 and T4)
You should get your levels checked regularly if you take thyroid meds.
