Regarding brain fog, I have had it 5 yrs all the time. If I did'nt have it I would feel ok also.
I know I have leaky gut and am doing colon cleansing and have done 2 liver flushes, anti-candida diet. How does a coffee enema help with brain fog. I heard that it can make you more acidic and then your body won't heal.
I just started L-Glutamine. Any other suggestions? This brain fog is seriously ruining my life. Thank you.
