Once I was on the right track 100% (sometimes i goof off, late night reading etc), drastic improvement came within 2 weeks.
After 1 mouth, my face changed so much that everyone was asking what did I do.

This is my second mouth on the right track, I still have a little redness on my face, but being 90% normal is just AWESOME.

NOw is the most dangerous phase. I 'm so very afraid that I'll become so well that I might be tempt to go off the plan. I'm gonna need everyone's support and encourage, too.
