If you don't mind me asking, what has been the method you have found for curing candida? Or do you feel that everyone has to sort out their own remedy via trial and error? Your advice is appreciated.

For the previous poster, you can also try the "candida spit test"--if you search for that on the internet, you should find info, to test yourself for candida.
