threelac's just good flora. like other flora products, tt just a super powerful version of yogurt without the lactose and casin. it can only be good to you, but how much good varies from person to person.

if you are not sure if u got candida. Find a pratictioner to help you do a Great Smokie's Stool test. (110$ pathonolgy+intestinal ph) you will find out how much good flora, candida, and what antifungal can kill the candida.
