I have been on Threelac for over 3 weeks now and I think it has worked for me. I wasn't 100% sure I was suffering from Candida in the first place, I was self diagnosing, but I figured taking Threelac couldn't hurt me.

I experienced Die-off after my first 3 days on the stuff - head aches, soreness in my joints, constipation etc etc. I had to take a herbal laxative for a few days and then a stool softener to get things working again .... but now I can say I feel the best I have in months. I didn't drastically change my diet, I did cut back on the sugars/carbs and increased my intake of fiber, raw fruits and vegs.

Bottom line is - I feel better! I'm still taking the Threelac, 2 pks a day and will shortly cut back to one a day till it's all gone.
