I took it for 6 months. Felt well for the first two weeks and then nothing but constipation after that. I was on anything from 1 to 5 packets a day over the course of the 6 months. As you can see I certainly gave it a fair go. I then had a 1 month break away from it and tried other things. I have recently decided to give it another go, albeit just to finish off my supply (about a months worth at 2 packets a day). I will finish this off shortly but will not be going back on it. I think it may have helped but only slightly. However it's way too expensive, and not as good as the marekting hype surrounding it (in my opinion of course).
