I have no affiliation to the product, but when I found this website and read about three lac I decided to try it. I used 3 packets a day until I used the first can. I had great die off. I started really trying to rid myself of candida since December. I have the second can but only use occasionally. I think it helped me get a jump start on what I needed to do. I have changed my diet to no sugar, dairy or bread. I am currently using Primal Defense.
