Hello,

Thank you so much - I couldn't find the link to where I'd orginally seen the information about doing the mini Liver Flush and didn't want to let you all down!

I'm in the UK but I think a lot of places will sell organic lemons - more and more supermarkets are beginning to stock organic produce, much to our relief.

I think I might try the olive oil/lemon concoction - I think I fall into the category of having candida for about 13-14 years and when I do get rid of it, it just keeps coming back. I'm going to have to look into my liver, digestion, stomach acid, pH etc., but feel I'm finally on the right track!
