Have you checked out the "Blood Type" forums? There are four:Blood Type A Forum
-----Blood Type AB Forum
-----Blood Type B Forum
-----Blood Type O Forum

I found that most foods that have bothered me all my life show as "Avoid" on the food list for my blood type.
I feel whole bunches better when I stick to the 'foods for your blood type' list. Avoiding all refined sugar, sweets, and junk-food of course.
I also take one scoop per day of Primal Defense powder.
