This thing can't/won't be solved by diet - so in a sense these are trivial questions.

Also I make it a point to thank anyone who replies to my questions. I notice that some people do not follow the same basic etiquette. One or two is ok - but again and again is taking the ...

People who answer your questions are donating their time for free. So:
1. please make your questions relevant to other people as much as you can
2. thank those who take the trouble to reply to you
3. do not post an excessive number of questions

Basic common sense.
