I can't describe the feelings I get when I flush my liver . It is literally a high. My body has gone from illness to healing mode. The Liver Flushes have been a God-send and I believe are the single most important thing us yeasties can do.

It is really not difficult. Unlike all the other stuff we've done to our bodies (anti-fungals, restrictive diet) this is actually good for us.

Please do fight it once and for all. You know as well as I do that 3 years is a long time to be ill. You it to yourself to be truly healthy.
