Ladywear - yes, yes, yes! Glandular Fever is very detrimental for the liver. In fact when I saw my nutitionist for the first time and told her my case history the first thing she said was how hard GF can be on the liver. It took me a long time to put 2 and 2 together.

Liver Flushes are probably the single most important thing. Followed by good diet in between flushes including liver support.

Dry skin brushing followed by Hot baths followed by sweating. Do this a 2-3 times a week.

My body is telling me to do enemas/colonics which I intend to also.
