Thanks for the try,
but unfortunately avacados are high in fat and like most yeasties I have reduced fat hydolysis which means I can eat some fat but not loads. So things like almonds and avacados are out.

If you can find high calorie, not-high fat, low-fermentable carb foods then you are a better man than me.
