Shellycat, You have permanent kidney damage? How do you know this? What are symptoms of damaged kidney? When I was into bodybuilding, I was eating over 200 grams of protein a day and I think it might have caused my kidney some damage. Wouldn't the Liver Flushes somehow help the kidney? Can't you do kidney flushes?
