I have a huge list of things to do for constipation, and another for increasing digestive power, which will take care of bloating. These guidelines, colon cleansing and Liver Flushing will do more for your overall health than creating a war in your body.

We rarely see anyone get better thanks to ThreeLac. Raider is one, and he sells it. One CureZone member took it for six months!!! with no good results.

We've got to get away from the mindset that says there's a miracle pill, or kill-kill-kill the microbes that are simply there doing their jobs, and without which we'd die. Your problems are systemic problems indicating a whole-body imbalance. You need to restore balance, strength, vitality, not a microbe war.
