I'd definitely stop with the Threelac, you've had enough microbe and parasitical warfare in your body to last a lifetime! ;)

In fact, slow down on most of your supplements except for probiotics. Take a break. You've been doing a LOT, and it could be clogging you up.

Focus on cleansing your bowels and Liver Flushes and diet for awhile. Are you doing any kind of colonics/enemas? Those are what really helped me with brain fog! Just getting the toxins OUT of my system made a huge huge difference. :) Detox baths are also wonderful.
