The health shop explained about the acidity factor with the MSM. I have had a coated tongue for months now. Now and again it looks a bit cleaner but then flares up again. I was hoping this was due to the fact that it has been only four weeks since I started all this, gradually introducing all the diffrerent products. I feel better in other areas especially the acidity. I came off antacids 4 wks ago as well and I couldn't have done that before. I have always eaten sensibly mostly veggie dishes therefore I am having trouble deciding what to eat hoping it is a balanced diet. I don't miss or crave anything but don't think I am eating enough. I am so looking forward to having a pink tongue again!
