I think your plan is a good one. Treating yourself every two weeks several times in a row should help a lot. If the Pin-X doesn't do it by then, go back on the full-cleanse stuff like Clarkia or Paragone. You might be suffering from other parasites, not just pinworms - those sac things sound suspicious!!!
