ive had a facial rash( and used to have weird stomach problems)for over a year.ive been on a no sugars no dairy (i tried kefir and yogurt at different times)well lets just say a good candida diet for 9 months.ive occasionally slipped when my symptoms have lessoned and had some drinks or some coffee unfortunatly when i do this i realize im not as well as i had hoped.ive tried all the anti fungals at different times and have been taking probios for over 9 months.my symptoms have definitly improved but i cant seem to completely get rid of them; the facial rash particularly.has anyone been in a similar situation and what did you do to finally cross the finish line .i know one has to be careful for awhile but it would be nice after all this time to get rid of my symptoms.thanks
