Shelleycat... does this mean that I should go easy, or eliminate, the yogurt-ThreeLac-saltwater enemas? I've been using about a cup of yogurt, 2 cups distilled saltwater and a packet of ThreeLac, but obviously the yogurt is "undigested." Is it likely some of it's getting stuck in there, and will rot and cause me more problems than I have now? Makes me wonder.
