No I've never been diagnosed with anemia. I am not sure what the symptoms are so I don't know if I have that or not. When I read your post about it maybe being either iron or folic acid I really think it may be the B vitamins in general that I am deficient. I still haven't gotten a yeast free B complex. I was looking at the Solaray ones at vitamin shoppe but I don't really know what to go with. I did order pancreatin though. Anyway today my BM was green. It's obvious it's definitely my liver but I can't figure out what it's doing and why. I guess I really need to read up some more.
