There's a lot of good information about B & P Shakes in the Bowel Cleanse Forum .... look for a post by shelleycat, then look at all of her posts... she has two great posts that she repeats alot for people, one on how to ease into this much fiber and the other is tips for handling constipation.

I used to be lucky to have a BM every 4 days or so and now ai am up to 3-4 a day... but i eased into it. They really work for me, but everyone is different. Read a lot and check out Shelleycat and PTree's posts... she is another one with tons of information.
