Can't help you out right now as I don't have any strips prepared. But it's something I'd like to monitor myself, even tho I don't have candida issues now. So I'll be looking into it. :)

I did read a website that was all about PH balancing, and they said for the most accuracy you should take 3 readings a day and chart them. They said this was the best way to really know how well you're doing?

I found the page by googling PH balance, not sure what else.
