Hi, naturalfoods

When I first came to curezone, my digestive system was a mess. The simple papaya fruit and raw honey is all I need now, but only after I eliminated the parasites, bacteria, flushed and regulated my bowel movements.

When papaya is in season, I have at least one in the house at all times; they seem to last forever. I take a little bit just before the biggest meal of my day. Also, we have a local bee keeper. He sells me 1 gallon of raw unfiltered and unprocessed honey every year. The bee keeper said that honey will last over ten years. I make sure I have one table spoon a day. I use this method because the food is still alive when I get it and is chuck full of enzymes and vitamins. I also find it to be the most inexpensive way to go.

Has this helped your digestion? My digestion is great now
If so, how many papaya's do you buy each month? about three
What does the honey do for your digestion? It is chuck full of digestive enzymes.
Have a great day
Ana
