Finally, finally, finally I got some primal defense! I took only one caplet today so far. I wanted to start out slow to see what happens. For those of you who take it, how many per day do you take? Is it possible it may constipate me? What about die-off? I'm thinking I will need to replenish the good bacteria a lot at first and then as time goes on take less. Is there anything I should not take with primal defense? Like say, pau d'arco tea? Is that going to kill the good guys along with the yeast? I am thinking about doing a fast to help things along using juices, veggie broth, herbal teas, and supplements. Also I need to start taking psyllium again, just once before bed. Is that going to hinder the primal defense?
