I read your post only after doing the liver flush. I got tons of weird green stuff out. I'm going to follow the regimen you advised for me. I'm still having the roughest time with milk thistle and other supplements. Within 15 minutes of taking them I feel extremely warm and flushed all over. I don't know if I'll ever understand the concept of reacting to what's supposed to be good for me. Obviously I'm not getting nutrients since my hair and nails don't grow no matter what or how much I eat. Do you think this will resolve itself. The only great thing that happened when I started a candida program was that my hair regained some of it's natural health and curl. This could be because candida was tackled or because the candida diet is just plain beneficial. I don't know....I'm still waiting for my fingernails to grow again. Anyhow, thanks for your lengthy advice. I'll also see a naturopath after my tax return comes. Do you think it's better to see an American naturopath or a chinese medicine doc to resolve my issues?
