Judith I'm glad that candex helped you. I don't say that it doesn't work, only that it didn't work for me.

The fact that candida came back after you ate some yoghurt shows that it never went away. I suspect that candex (or diet) helped you to mostly keep the candida at bay. But it is still there and you are still susceptible (proving that candex didn't cure you).

The fact that you couldn't eat oils/fats is very interesting - that shows that you have a liver weakness which is what is possibly making you susceptible to candida in the first place.

Have you considered a liver flush?
