I think you are correct about more bowel management but I am LOST in that direction as I cannot take psyillum. It gives me constipation so bad. I have tried it & drank more than my weight in water ounces and I was still constipated and it lasted for about 5 days after I stopped. Do you have any suggestions? I am going to do another Liver Flush as these have helped me more than I can ever express. I am not entirely good on my diet and have had a bad past week. But I am getting better. I find it is much easier to eat better when I am working. Weird huh? I also drink more water while at my desk typing away.
