Thank you Garcia! I will definitely go with primal defense now and also would like to add Kefir like Shelleycat suggested. Have you read Hulda Clark s books? She says brown rice is too moldy and to eat white rice! I just remembered that but not sure if that would be wise. It's like we always have to choose the lesser of two evils!
