Threelac does start working the first dose.

I would say what you are experienceing could be die-off. I think you should give it a few days and make sure you are drinking plenty of water,having regular BM's daily.

You should take a good probiotic to replinish the good bacteria. One that I personally like is Jarrowdophilus EPS.

I would continue taking your vitamins and other supplements!

I got the cottonball white stuff in my BM'S when I was taking Threelac and so have others mentioned this but never heard anyone say when peeing. We have all decided it was the yeast.
