Hi Emrald!
Okay, I read thru all your posts in this forum, and here's what I found, so let me know if this is correct:
You took Antibiotics , and afterwards suffered from the usual vaginal yeast infection and a white-coated tongue (thrush) for a year, during which time you took tons of anti-fungals as prescribed by the doctor, and Beneflora.
And to the best of my knowledge, that's the only treatment you've done for your candida. Is that correct?
so okay, you're right, bowel and Liver Cleansing is a must.
do NOT take any more anti-fungals of any kind. I don't know if Beneflora is any good, it could very well be dying in your stomach before it even reaches the gut. I'd rather you take Primal Defense but 40 bucks right now is out of your reach, so keep taking Beneflora until it's gone and start saving up money for Primal Defense.
You have to do a full regimen of bowel cleansing. That means an intestinal cleanser of at least psyllium seed, which you may be able to find cheap in bulk at a health food store, or get a prepared intestinal cleanser for about 12 USD. As long as it has pysllium, or flax, preferably Bentonite clay, but no cascards or senna, go ahead and get it. It shouldn't have apple pectin or maltodextrin, those are cheap fillers so they're stealing your money.
You should see about getting an enema bag or preferably a bucket setup. Let me know if you get either one and I'll give you more instructions.
make a big pot of Morrocon vegetable stew:
saute 1 med yellow onion and 5 smashed and chopped garlic cloves in 2 tablespoons olive oil until sweated and onion is clear.
add 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 tsp paprika and
1 tablespoon powdered ginger or 1 inch grated fresh ginger root (fresh is preferred)
add carton of organic vegetable broth or organic, free-range chicken broth
chop at least:
3 carrots, 2 celery, 1 zucchini, 1 yellow squash, 1 bunch of Kale. Can substitute or add veggies if you know certain ones are really good for you or delete ones that are bad for you, but these veggies tend to be tri-doshic and good for everyone in the right proportions.
add Sea Salt to taste
add 1/2 cup of Quinoa and allow to simmer for about 10-20 minutes.
add the leaves from 12 stems of cilantro or more if you like it. The more the better.
Add a dash of cayenne pepper if you can handle it. Don't use black pepper or any other kind of pepper but cayenne.
Eat nothing but this and a green apple a day for as long as you can. You can munch on raw or steamed veggies too, and occasionally have a boiled sweet potato with olive oil and butter. Eat beets at least once a week, preferably two. Just boil them until soft, cut them up, put a ltitle olive oil or butter and coriander on them and enjoy.
You can switch the veggies in the stew as desired after a week, change the Quinoa to lentils or split mung bean but they have to be soaked over night and cooked ahead and added to the soup already mostly cooked. You can also add a can of drained garbanzo beans for easy extra protein every now and again. Try to keep the spices the same, as they are all very healing.
After a week of this diet, do your first liver flush. Simplify Dr. Clark's and use that.
Next day after flush, take intestinal cleanser for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eat stew for dinner. Take the morning dose of the epson salts if your bowels are not moving.
Go back on diet for another two weeks, do another flush.
What this soup and the prescribed additions does is help remove any need for further supplements such as vitamins or pancreatic enzymes, as the veggies will be cooked and easy to digest and with herbs and spices that are good for digestion. It will also balance your PH and help your body to cleanse. It will not feed the yeasties. It will help keep you properly hydrated. You still need to drink plenty of water, tho. It won't create more mucus, will help the intestinal cleanser get rid of mucus. It will reduce inflammation throughout the body. It gives you an ideal balance between complex carbs and protein, enough protein without using any animal protein besides the chicken broth, which doesn't feed a yeasty-friendly environment. The beets cleanse the liver.
