1. Tough to find a brand that actually makes it past the stomach juices to the gut still alive. That's why probiotics are great. Kefir-something has been recommended by others as being good for replacing acidopholis. For candida treatment this is the one step you really can't afford to get wrong.

2. juicing is awesome. Kelp has to be used very correctly or you could be screwing up your thyroid. Alfalfa can be an allergen.

3. Rye is one of those bothers some people not others grain. If it doesn't bother you, go for it. the rest are great.

4. Don't waste your money. Extra virgin olive oil is all you really need, it's great stuff and has plenty of linoleic acid etc. If you feel you need more healthy oils, consider going for a fish oil for omega 3 and 5 fatty acids. Very good for fibromyalgia.

5. If you're juicing veggies (do try to increase the number of different types of veggies you juice) you don't need this. You may indeed overdose. This product is good for people who don't juice and don't eat right.

6. don't know about that. You don't want stripped-down oxygen in your body, that's the same thing as free radicals. You want viable, usable oxygen, not sure that baths do that.

Using food-grade H202 as a supplement to a water enema will oxygenate the bowels, which is a great way to kill a lot of yeast all at once. Taking it orally will help too. Baths of cheap, drugstore hydrogen peroxide or even food grade? Haven't heard of any benefits. do you have a link to a document about this?
