I am still in the process of figuring out exactly what I want to do before I buy everything. I already made the mistake of buying B complex that is derived from yeast so I want to make sure I get the right products the first time. I will list the things I am thinking about taking or doing and if you have anything to share I'm all ears. Thanks!

1. Instead of primal defense I am thinking of just going with Acidophilus. Do you think this is enough or do I need more than one type of probiotic?

2. Instead of perfect food supergreens I am juicing some greens like green pepper, celery, and cucumber and then adding a tsp. of each kelp and alafalfa. And also spirulina if I can get some. Do you think this is sufficient? Should I take more than a tsp.?

3. I am rather confused on which grains are ok. I keep reading conflicting things. This is what I am thinking of eating, tell me if I'm wrong. Quinoa, millet, brown rice. Also what about rye? I read it's ok and also read it's bad. I have plain rye crackers that I enjoy. Yea or nay?

4. Alpha Lipoic Acid? It seems like it would be very beneficial but I want to make sure. Also do we know what the source is, what it's derived from?

5. Floravital iron + herbs. This seems really good too. On the box it says to use it up in 4 weeks though, is that really necessary?

6. Hydrogen peroxide baths. This seems like a great way to get oxygen in your body.

I think that's it for now. I just got all my books in the mail the other day so I am really excited to read them and make my plan of attack. Thanks everyone!

Nicole

p.s. I am taking MSM now and was taking B complex but I have to find a brand that isn't derived from yeast.
