Bobby - people have cured themselves of candida using nystatin and/or other drugs/anti-fungals. But many of us have tried this route and failed.

A concensus seems to be emerging (on this site at least) that if you have a mild case of candida (i.e. you catch it before it starts punching holes in your gut), then you may well succeed using the traditional diet/anti-fungal approach.

However for those of us who have lived with candida (often undiagnosed) for a while, our bodies are too badly damaged to recover using this naive approach. In particular the liver and other organs are not functioning properly. This needs to be addressed ASAP otherwise both long and short term recovery will be impossible.

You say your lab results were negative. Which test did you do? Anyway its a moot point as from your symptoms I would say that you almost certainly have candida.

Its interesting that you found relief after a coffee enema.
