It seems as if you're having a real problem tolerating the die off. And I can relate to not being able to tolerate bad die off as a mother of a 2 and 3 year old. (My 2 year old just woke up from her nap and is calling me now :)) You just cannot cope with being out of it when they need so much constant care.
