Hi,
That was GREAT!!! Not one antifungal to give credit to! This will help a lot of people here that have read your very helpful messages get a good start on not only minimizing the yeasty beasty but to finally gain a new leash on health & vitality, and stop this out of control spiraling trying to find a cure. I plan to be one of those people very soon. The CoQ10, How do you incorporate this into the plan, basically I am tyring to find out if all you mentioned can be done at the same time? I am pretty sure most could be spreaded out during the day, but I see you mentioned MSM along with liver herbs so this is why I asked.
