Hi Koziolek

I'm not all better. I'm much better than I was, but not all better yet.

I'm drinking 4 cups of Pau D arco tea daily, using a product called colosan, and doing liver flushes. I'm also following some advice from a book called "The Key to Health and Rejuvenation" by Andreas Moritz . He has a forum here called Ask Andreas.

I'd suggest going through old posts in his current and archived forums.

You should also consider getting two of his books, the one I spoke of above, as well as The Amazing Liver Cleanse.

I used to not be able to eat any grains, but I'm slowly adding them back into my diet, which I wouldn't have been able to do without Andreas' help.

I can't afford colonics either, so I'm saving for a colema board which is the next best thing from what I understand.
