I just wanted to let everyone know that threelac did not work for me at all, I had better results with grapeseed extract, I'm currently trying msm. I got threelac from global health, I tried two cans, and when it did not work for me I wanted my money back I was still within the 60 day money back guarantee, so I called the return # to do so. First of all I had to leave a ton of messages in order to get a reply which had delaying my time for my 60 day money back quarantee. Finally when I got to speak to the lady in charge of returns, she had to send my an email with a return # for my order. When I got the # I shipped both my cans to global health. After waiting one month and not seeing any credit on my account. I had to call again and leave messages with no reply. Finally I got a hold of her, and wanted to know what was up with my refund, and she told my she could only refund me for one of the can, the other can I had purchased from another guy, and I had to go through him to get my money back, Well I talk to the guy and he said it was passed my 60 days and he couldn't refund me, I tried to explain to him that I wasn't aware I had purchased the products from him I had thought I purchased the threelac from global health, because when I got the package of my first can, all the brochures were from global health, even the return # was from global health not from him. He was extremely unsimpathetic, and pretty much told me it wasn't his fault. I had called global health and ask the lady in charge of returns if this had happened to any other customers and she told me I was not the only one, that has had this problem, and I told her I couldn't believe that they would just let this problem go on, meanwhile people are losing there refund, because they think they are buying these products from global health, and they are not they are buying these products from middleman who are trying to make money. Well after all of this mess and spending nearly $130 on threelac that didn't work, all I'm left with is $50 refund and still with my candida. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I will never buy from global health again. They are just a money hungry company ,and it seems to me they don't realize that people out there are really suffering from candida, and they shouldn't take advantage of that.
