HOO boy how funny, so that means I've been recommending the book that rec's no grains! LOL! Too funny. :)

All I remember is that they didn't want you to have wheat, white rice, corn and allergens. Maybe I did abstain from grains for awhile but I know it wasn't for long, or I wouldn't have been able to keep it up! :) I did that diet gosh, it must be ... 15 years ago now? I still like to eat Quinoa every now and again. :)
