You asked me a few days ago about where I heard that we must abstain from all grains. I was off-line the last few days, so I'll answer here. :)
I have Dr. Crook's "The Yeast Connection." It recommends meat, low carb veggies, eggs. This might be an earlier edition...
It also says it is okay to add in quenoa (sp?), buckwheat, and amaranth cautiously later in the treatment. So that is where I got that info.
