The diet that I follow is more or less based on the feedback recieved from this website. As recommended by you, I ordered the Yeast Connection Cookbook and the The Yeast Connection Handbook. They are coming from the Uk so it will probably take another week or so.

My Creatinine is wihtin normal ranges so I guess I should start drinking more water.

I tried before the psyllium fiber and Bentonite clay but I became very constipated. Will it be possible to take the psyllium fiber and Bentonite clay and use the Cassia Angustifolia herb as a laxative?

Are you familiar with SAMe for detoxifying the liver and fighting depression? Have you tried it? Do you know anyone who has?
