I would like to know if you managed to eat only veg and proteins while on a candida diet. Do you really have enough to eat and how long to do that. Myself I do this only for a few days and then I need to eat cereals.
Another question : Is Candex really working? Do you have some success with it (sorry about the writing, I am french speaking)
