Try crushed Watermelon seeds. They are wonderful.
Put 2 teaspoons of crushed seeds into a big cup and pour 1 glass of boiling water in. Close and leave for 15 min.

It may look a little gross, but the taste is just fine.

Drink minimum one liter of this tincture a day.

Im my case it removes back ache on the third day.
