Hi, I'd also like to hear if anyone has transitioned to raw during lactation. I currently eat 90% organic but only about 30% raw. I want to cleanse my colon the quickest and safest way and I believe the best wat to achieve that is to go 100% raw, but I'm worried about the toxins that may be released to my baby. Thanks in advance.
