As a rule, the yellow urine is a result of high B intake. The main thing that happens is the increase of bowel movements from all the dead cell material being eliminated. The bone pain from ribs and arms and back was gone in a couple of weeks. Make sure your body is saturated with vitamins and minerals, especially calcium, potassium and magnesium, zinc, etc. Drink lots of water. Are you thinking of taking the cesium therapy?
