This is quite strange and rahter shocking-
I know when my sons were born, they had bumps on their chests. The nurses said its from hormones and dont try to express this, they could get infected or hurt-
How come the picture doesn't show anything? He could have put in his mind for the camera lol!
God knows on this one!
