The answer is quite simply the media, look what type of women are considered sexy in our culture, thin, blonde and big breasts. This is how the media portrays women as being sexy, how many fat models or lead actresses do you see?

However in some cultures/countries fat women are considered to be the most sexy, however these are usually areas with little to no western influence. It all about social conditioning, and what we are conditioned to believe.
