What kind of symptoms do you have? If you have problems peeing then it's possible you got an STD like gonorrhea/chlamydia/trichomonas. Since the first two can potentially lead to really bad complications you should get checked out. If you're having itchiness down there with a curdy white discharge and it smells "yeasty" then it's more likely to be candida, if it's more "fishy" and clear/green then it might be trichomonas.
