they give you a diet to help you to maintain healthy pregnancy. they recommend big amounts of everything so i ate as much as I wanted of everything, because I couldn't take that much amount

and about your bleeding, for next time get to non-interventive birth. and get everyone to be hands off especially when you have to push the baby, follow your urges, and don't rush the placenta's birth, because rushing this causes BLEEDING
